Todd Johnston has operated in a powerful prophetic and healing anointing for many years. God has used him mightily in many ministries here in Arizona and surrounding states. He has a burning passion to see the lost saved, the sick healed, and lives transformed by the power of God. He strives to break down denominational barriers and see the body come together as a warring church driven by God’s Glory and presence. His vision is to raise up ministry centers of refuge, bringing revival to churches across the United States and into the nations. During his weekly services, he has been experiencing God’s supernatural presence. Todd is always looking forward to the mighty testimonies that will rise from those that are touched at River of Freedom Outreach Centers.

Our mission is to preach and teach the salvation and healing message of the cross to the lost, to be a living example of the power of God’s Glory to the church, to activate and equip them to raise up centers of refuge across the world, feeding and clothing the poor, preparing the way for the Lord to bring revival to the nations.
